Institute. Ms. Carole McNally sent several magazine and newspaper articles
articles point to the huge sums spent by the ACS for "public education"
propaganda programs which assail society with biased information.
We also contacted Ms. Joan Mebane in PM New York and requested a copy of
her report on charitable organizations, including the ACS. We understand
that she has sent this report to you directly. If this report and the articles
enclosed are sufficient, we will not continue to collect any further information
on this subject at this time, unless further instructed to do so.
