following medical claims:
10/29/80; Band, BadweF, ect. Mary's insurance covered all but
$64.60 of original bill,
Nan-Huan Char; $23.26; Mary's insurance covered most of original
bill; r have already paid this bill by personal check.
12/18/80; Band, BadweF, ect. $160.00 for crysurgery.
