Attached are two sample letters ("A" & "B") for your use. You may choose to send either
letter, a combination of the m,o or tailor one to your liking.
The Boy Scout office will type, sign and mail your letters. To do so, they will need a copy
of your signature; an adequate supply of your stationery and envelopes; your prospect list
with names, titles, addresses, telephone numbers (if available) and proper salutations.

suppliers (food service companies, equipment companies, stationery, printing, etc.)
