On 5/7/87, p.m., measure passed on House floor by a vote of 112-14. There was NO SAMPLING BAN, NO dollar for dollar provisions for billboard ads, and NO ban on advertising on state property. Today, measure passed on Senate floor overwhelmingly. However: Amt. to ban advertising and sales on state owned property defeated 28-29.
