'ACA 14 was defeated yesterday in the Assembly Revenue and Tax
Committee due to a lack of a motion. No vote was taken.

SB 1550 - Outdoor Advertising Ban
The Senate Appropriation Committee defeated SB 1550 by a vote
of 4 to I. SB 1550 would have prohibited the placement on
any advertising display of any advertisement which encourages
or promotes the use of tobacco.
