Last Friday the Illinois State Bar Association addressed the New York resolution, referring it to a study committee. By Deccmb=~ 31, 198/, please provide Katherine Becker with a list of members of the 0overning body of each state bar association in your region. The enclosure provides you with the information needed to contact these associations. This governing or policy making body may be called by various names. For example, in the District of Columbia and in Illinois, it is the Board of Governors which directs the state bar association. Thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
