On September 16, 1995, the Republican State Committee will host The Governor's Gala at
the Raritan Center Exposition Hall in Edison. This black-tie event will honor Governor
Christine Todd Whitman and John R. Whitman. Cocktails begin at 7 pm and seating for
dinner is at 8 pm.
We encourage you to participate in this important event. Tickets are $1,000 per person.
Checks should be made payable to the New Jersey Republican State Committee. Individual,
corporate, Federal or State PAC checks will be accepted by the Republican State
Committee for this event.
We hope that you will plan to join us September 16th for the 1995 Governor's Gala to be

Contributions Policy
1. Contributions may be made to individual candidate committees only.
a. When legislature is not in session - OR -
b. In response to fund-raiser invitation (enclose copy)
Contributions to political organizations may be made as appropriate.
2. Contdbutiqn checks must be mailed from the Regional Office directly to the campaign committee or
politlcal organization with a transmittal letter from the Regional Vice President.
3. Regional Office complies with all state/local laws and repoding requirements.
4. Checks not cashed within 90 days will be queried; checks will be canceled after 180 days.
This checklist must accompany all political campaign contributions requests. Use one checklist
for each group of requests submitted for a single state at one time. Initial each statement or step
as it is completed.
