ban on aircraft is wrong and unnecessary. I am concerned about
the consideration you will be giving to the airline smoking ban
issue, your vote will represent my opin66n~. My opinion is that
smo~n~ab6a~d~~ircraft is already sharply restricted. Every
passenger is guaranteed a " no-smoking" seat, even if a smoking
section must be reduced or eliminated to satisfy that guarantee.
