ADDENDUM TO MILITAPI' POINT-OF-PURCEASE
D'.B RCIIAND I S I NG I1i;OG RAM AGREEMENT
B&W presents this Addendum to its cooperative point-of-purchase
merchandising program agreement for self-service cigarette display
in military retail outlets to any military retail outlet in Hawaii
and Alaska which elects at its option to display B&W brand cigarettes
on a vertical basis. This Addendum is a part of B&W's general
merchandising display plan which is available to military retail
stores which sell ciqarettes from self-service displays.
For the good and valuable consideration stated in this Addendum,
the parties agree as follows:
i. Military retailer agrees:
a) To accept payment from B&W in accordance with Paragraph 2
of this Addendum in lieu of the payment stated in Paragraph 2
of the military point-of-purchase merchandising program agree-
ment to which this Addendum is attached.
b) To allocate to the display of B&W brands a minimum of
30 percent of military retailer's self-service carton merchan-
dising display space and 30 percent of the available front
facings on said display space. All B&W brands shall be dis-
played vertically, with said B&W brands being placed contin-
uously on all shelves
of the carton display fixture.

in military retail outlets to any military retail outlet in the
continental United States which elects at its option to
display B&W
brand cigarettes on a vertical basis. This Addendum is a part of
B&W's general merchandising display plan which is
available to
military retail stores which sell cigarettes from self-service
displays.
For the good and valuable consideration stated in this Addendum,
the parties agree as follows:
1. Military retailer agrees:
a) To accept payment from B&W in accordance with Paragraph 2
of this Addendum in lieu of the payment stated in Paragraph 2
of the military point-of-purchase merchandising program agree-
ment to which this Addendum-is attached.
b) To allocate to the display of B&W brands a minimum of
20 percent of military retailer's self-service carton merchan-
dising display space and 20 percent of the available front
, facings on said display space. All B&W brands shall be dis-
played vertically, with said B&W brands being placed contin-
uously on all shelves of the carton display fixture.

1. Military retailer agrees:

of the military point-of-purchase merchandising program agree-
ment to which this Addendurri is attached.
b) To allocate to the display of B&W brands a minimum of
18 percent of military retailer's self-service carton merchan-
dising display space and 18 percent of the available front
facings on said display space. All B&W brands shall be dis-
played vertically, with said B&W brands being placed contin-
uously on all shelves of the carton display fixture.
