December 18, 1968 MR1968-129. MR1968-130 (B224-68-7) The standard evaluation sheets for the samples made under Market Research Projects 1968-129 and 1968-130 are attached. The samples coded 347, 387, 723, and 763 were made to VICEROY 84 specifications in use November 12, 1968, except that 556 paper was used in place of 553. Samples coded 327 and 367 were,the same except that the production PCL was replaced with R-1 PCL (Virginia side dry Rietzed with liquors left in). Samples coded 743 and 783 were the same except that the production PCL was replaced with R-2 PCL (burley side dry Rietzed with liquors left in).
