ETS PLAN AND BUDGET FOR THE YEARS 1988, 1989, 1990 AND 1991
Abstract
Presents objective, scope, names of experts and research institutes, related events, strategies and budget of the 1988-1991 ETS plan themed, "ETS in the Context of Air Quality." Aims to generate research and subsequent literature on ETS/IAQ to "enable the continued use of the argument : there is no convincing scientific evidence that ETS is a health risk for non-smokers." Plans to enlist assistance of one or two scientists per target country to carry out plan. Itemizes available budget of sfr 2'500'000 [see Comments].
