CHEMICAL ANALYSES

During the past year, chemical analyses for the Fourth Series of
mouse skin painting experiments were completed. The data was reported
to Smoking and Health Program management. Attached is an abridged version
of Topical Report #52, which compares only the smoke deliveries on a per
cigarette basis and the dry condensate concentrations of various consti-
tuents. Underlined values denote cigarettes of this series which are
now undergoing or have undergone testing in NCI chronic inhalation bio-
assays.
