On motion of Mr. Keel, seconded by Mr. Temple, the following adver- tising expenditure was in all respects approQed, ratified, and confirmed's Estimate #18, Supplemental A, of' Lennen & Mitchell Inc. dated Jeaanuary 10, 1945,, covering, publicity for the OLD G(?LD Cigarette "Which is VPhich+"' and "~omedp Theatre of' the Air" radio programs, for a period of thirteen weeks starting',January 24, 1945, at & cost of'$6,500. The Secretary laid before the meeting, the following: Lease dated October 13, 1944,from Orleans Huron Inc. (Lang Weise & 0'ella, Agents) of' rooms 604-5 in the Orleans-Hurom Bldg., 325 West Huron St., Ohicagp, Illinois, for one year from January 1, 1945, , at an annual rental of $•1,200, payable monthly in advance,, under terms and conditions therein set out, which Om motion of' N[r.
