Temple Todd Wool Mr. Hummel, Chairman, presided, and the Secrstary acted as Secretary of the meeting. On motion duly made and seconded, the reading of'the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensedl witla. on motiomof Mr. Keel, seconded by Mr. Freeman, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the employment at the New York Office of Miss Lucille H. Federer, at a salary at the rate of ~2'5 per week, effective September 25,, 1944, be and the same hereby is in all respects approved, ratified, and confirmed.
