On motion duly made:and seconded, the reading of the minutes of thee previous meeting, was dispensed with. On motion of Mr. Keel,, seconded by Mr. Halley, it was unanimously aESOLUED. That the following employments of salesman and clerk, as listed below, with:the authorization of the Sales Dept. and the approval of G. D'. Flhitefield,, Executive Vice-President„ and W. J. H'alleya Vice- President, be and the same hereby are in all respects approved, ratified, and confirmed: Anthony Joseph Eramo w se. The Secretary laid before:the:meeting the following:, Contract dated April 1,, 19J+1,: wi.th, E.P. rAa;rphy & Son Inc., for purchase: of' coal for use at the Richmond, Va. plant of' the Company, may 1, 1944 to April 30, 1945s under terms and conditionsitherein set out; which.
