On motion duly made and seconaed, the reading,of the minutes of the previous meeting was o.aspensed with. On motion of'M'r. Hopewell, seconded by Mr. rhhitefileld, it was unanimously RESOLVED: TYaat the increase in salary of William Clyde Coward, salesman, from the rate of't,55 per week to the rate of t60:per week, effective March 27, 1944, vwith the approval of the War Labor Board, be and the same hereby i s in~ all respects approved, ratified, and confi'rmed. C., at a cost not exceeding ~150.OC. The S'ecretary stated that in connection with the sale by this Company to the Imperial Agricultural Corporation, a Connecticut uorporati'on,, of'5011.
