Secretary Mr. Hummel, Chairman, presided,,and the Assistant Secretary acted as Secre- tary of the meeting. On motion duly made and seconded,, the reading of the minutes of'the previous meeting,was dispensed with. On motion of'Mr. Keel, seconded byrMr. Hopewell, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the reemployment of Robert Thornton Denham as Salesman„ at a salary at the:rate of' $30 per week, effective February 7, 194f+, with the authori- zation of the Sales Dept. and the approval of G.D. Vhitefiehd„ Executive Vice- President and W.J. Halley, Vice-President, be and the same hereby isin all re- spects approved, ratified, and confirmed.
