June 9, 1943 205 A regular meeting of' the Executive Committee of P. Lorillardi Company was held today at the office of' the C'ompany, 119 NVest 40th Street, New York City. There were present D[essrs.: G. H'. Hummel H. A. Kent E. S. Bowling , W. J. Halley J'. S. Freeman F. Hopewell H. F. Temple Todd Wool Mr. Hummel, Chairman, presided and the Secretary acted as Secretary of the meeting. Un motion duly made and second'ed, the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
