A. Kent G. D. Rlhitefield. E. S. Bowling W. J. Halley J. S. Freeman F. Hopewell J. T. Keel J. A. Glascock Todd Wool Company N'ew York. Mr. Hummel,, Chairman,, presided and the Secretaryr acted! as Secretary of the meeting. On motion duly made and seconded, the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with. On motion of Mr. Keel, seconded by r~'ar. Hopewell, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the following employments of salesmen, as listed!be.- low, with the authorization of the Sales Deptd and the approval of G.D. Whitefield, Dcecutive Vice-President and W.J. On motion of Mr. Halley, seconded by Bdr. Freeman, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the employment of Miss Pearl Leichter as National Machine Operator at the New York Offiee,,at a salary at the rate of $30 per week, effective March 3, 1943, be and the same hereby is in all respectsa approved, ratified',, and confirmed. Halley, seconded by Mr. Hopewell, the following ad- vertising expenditures were in all respects approved, ratifiedy, and confirmed: Contract dated February 25, 1943'with Circus Publishing,Company covering ad- vertising, of Company products in the Official Magazine and! Digest of Ring- ling,Brothers, Barnum & Bailey Cixcus, durzng the 1943 season, at a cost of $2,000. Contract dated March 1, 1943 withiDavis Outdoor Ad!vertising Company,, Detroit, Mich., covering posting of 101additional 3-sheet panells in F'1int, Mich., ad- vertising, BEECH-NUT C'hewing, Tobacco, Uarch 1 throughiDecember 31, 1943, at aa cost of'$2.25 per panel per month, under terms and conditions set f'orth in contracts dated!
