Secretary In the absence of Mr. Hummel, Chairman, Mr. Kent, Presiid'ent,, presided, and'the Assistant Secretary acted as Secretary of the meeting. On motion duly made and seconded, the reading of the minutes of the pre- vious meeting was diispensed with.
