Secretary The Chairman of the Board presided the Assistant Secretary acted as Secretary of the meeting. On motion duly made and seconded, the reading of the minutes of the previous meet3ing was dispensed with. On motion of~ Mr. Keel, seconded by~ Mr. Whitefield,~ it~ was~ unanimously ~ RESOLVED':That the act3.on ofthe President and the Treasurer of this Company in borrowing, on November 20, 1942, on behal.f'of' this Company from the Central Hanover Bank & Trust.Company, 70 Broadway, New York, New York, the sum, of One Million Dollars.
