Company in borrowing, on uctober 2;4:', 1942, on behalf of this Company from trie Chemical Bank and Trust Company, 165 Broadway, New 'soric City, New 'lork, the suru of' Three Million Dollars (43, 000, 0i;0) and in executing and delivering in the name of' this Company its promissory note evid'encing,said debt, bearing said date and pay- able at said bank six (6)'montlis from said date, with interest at the rate of 1~' per annum from said date,, be and the same hereby is in all respects approved, rati- fied, and confirmed..
