Keel Todd Wool The Chairman of the Board presided and the Secretary acted as Secretary of' the meeting. On motion duly made and seconded, the reading of' the minutes of'the pre- vious meeting was dispensed with. On motion of' Mr. Halleya seconded by bPr. Keel, it was unanimously - RESOLnED: That C'itizens Uhion National Bank, a Kentucky Corporation, as a desi'.gnatedl depository of' this corporation be and it (iLncludiing, its correspondent banks) is hereby requested,, authorized and directed to honor all checks for the pay- ment of money drawn in thas corporation'~s name on the Payroll Account of its Louis- uille Branch (includ.i:ng, those drawn to the individual order of' any person whose name appears thereonias signer thereof) when bearing or purporting to bear the fac- simile signature of any one of thefo 'lowing: H.D.
