On motion of Mr. VYhitefield, seconded by Mr. Hopewell, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the employment of H. F~. Temple as Assistant Sales Manager, at a salary at the rate of $10,000 per annum, effective May 1, 1942, be and the same hereby is in all respects approved,,ratified', and confirmed.
