Keel TodidlWool The Chairman of the Board'presiided and the Secretary acted as Secre- tary of the meeting. On motion duly made and seconded,, the reading of' the minutes of the previous meeting -was dispensed with. On motion of Mr. VYhitefield, seconded by Mr. Hopewell, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the employment of H. F~. Temple as Assistant Sales Manager, at a salary at the rate of $10,000 per annum, effective May 1, 1942, be and the same hereby is in all respects approved,,ratified', and confirmed. On motion of Mr. Hlalley,, seconded by Nlr. Driscoll,, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the employment of Miss Frances Reilly, Stenographer in the Secretary's Dept., at a salary at the rate of $25 per week, effective May 4, 1942, be and the same hereby is in all respects approved, ratified, and confirmed.
