Hopewell Toddi Wool The Chairman of the Board presided and the Secretary acted as Secretary of the meeting. On motion duly made and seconded,, the reading ofthe minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with. Or- motion of Mr. Freeman, seconded by Mr. Keel, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That all checks drawn against any, of the funds of the Company on deposit with the Ci'tizens Union National Bank, Louisville, Kentucky, to the credit of the Regular Account of the Kentucky Leaf Department ofthe Company, shall bear the signatures of any two ofthe following: J. J. Blacknall I. H. Peak H. D. Seeley J. J. Harpring V. E. Blunk B. H. Vance This resolution supersedes all previous resolutions in regard to the signing, ofsuch checks. On motion of Mr. Halley, seconded by Mr. Kent, it was unanimousl,,y RESOLVED: That all checks drawn against any of the funds of the Company on deposit with the Citizens Union National Bank, Louisville, Kentucky, to the credit of the Pay Ro17.
