There were present Messrs.: G. H. Hummel G. D. Whitefield H. A. Kent W. J . Halley J. J. Driscoll J. S. Freeman Todd Wool On motion duly made and, seconded, the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with. unanimously On motion of Mr. Freeman, seconded by Mr. Kent, it was. RESOLVErD: That all checks drawn against any of the funds of the Company on deposit with the First & Merchants National Bank of Richmond,, Richmond, Va., to the credit of'the Re Account of the Whitlock Branch of the Company, shall bear the signatures of' any tqvo of' the following: J. A. Glascock Evans Bowdon L. F. Weber J. L. Findlay A. B. Seward This resolution supersedes all previous resolutions in regard to the signing of such checks. unanimously On motion of Mr. Driscoll, seconded1by Mr. Halley, it was RESOLVED: That all checks drawn against any of the funds of the Company on deposit with the First & Merchants National Bank of Richmond, Richmond, Va., to the credit of the Pay Roll Account of the Whitlock Branch of the Company, shall bear the signature of'any one of the following: J.
