Freeman Todd Wool On motion duly made and seconded, the reading of the minutes of the previous meeting,was dispensed with. On motion of Mr. Halley, seconded by Mr. Freeman, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the reemployment of Hubert Albert Thompson as Salesman, at a salary at:therate of $23 per week,, effective:December 1, 1941, with the autho- rization of'the Sales Dept. and the approval of G.D. Whitefield, Executive Vice- President, and H. A. Kent, Vice-President, be and the same hereby is in a11l re- spects approved, ratified, and'confirmed!.
