On motion of Mr. nhitefield,, seconded! by Mr. Hopeeell,, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the Transfer Books of the Registered Five Per Cent Bonds of'this Company shall be closed at twelve o'clock noon January 15, 1944, for the payment of interest thereon,, due February 1, 1944, and shall be reopened at ten o'clock A.M. February 2; 1944,.
