On motion of Mr. Temple, seconded by Mr. ICeel, it was unanimously RESOLUED: That a dividend of'$1.75 per share on the Preferred Stock of this Company be andit hereby is declared payable October 1, 1943, . to, stockholders of recordlat the close of business September 15, 1943- On motion ofBNr.
