On motion duly made and seconded, the reading,of the minutesof the pre- vious meeting was dispensed with. On motion of Mr. Freeman, seconded by Mr. Halley, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That all checks dra®n against any of the funds of the Company on deposit xith.the Hudson County National Bank,.Jersey City, N.J., to the credit. of the Regul:ar Account of'the old Gold Branch of the Company, shall bear the sigpa. tures of any two of the.followin..gs J. S. Freeman E. I. Yahle J. R. MaDermott J. A. Kraus E. C. Fieg.
