Driscoll Bufordi Scott Todd' Wool The Chairman of the Board presided and the Secretary acted as Secre- tary of the meet'ing. On mot3oniduly made and seconded, the readi'ng,of'the minutes of the previous meetiug was dispensed with. On, motion of' Mr. Whitefield, seconded by Mr. Driscoll, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That a dividend of $1.75 per share on the preferred Stock of this Company be and it hereby is declared payable July 1, 1942 to stockholders of record at the close of business June 15', 1942. On motion of Mr. Keel,, seconded! by Mr. Kent, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That an interim dividend of 25¢ per share on the outstand- ing Common Stock of this Company be and it hereby is declared payable July 1,. 1942'to stockholders of record at the close of business June 15, 1942. On motion of Mr. Kent, seconded by Mr. Whitefield, it was unanimously RESOLVED: That the contribution by the Company of the sum of $2,500 to the Greater New York Fund 1942'Campafgn, be and the same hereby is in all re- spects approved, ratified, and confirmed!.
