Keel Biuford Scott Todd Wool On motion dialy made and seconded, the reading of the minutes of the pre- vious meeting was dispensed with. On motion of Mr. Bowling, seconded by Mr+. Whitefield, it was unanimoualy RESOLGEDs: That the Transfer Books of the Registered Five Per Cent Bonds of this Company sbaLl be closed at three o'clock P.M. July 15, 1941, for the payment of interest thereon, due August 1, 1941, and shall be reopened at ten o'clock A.M. August 2, 1941. On motion of Mr. Freeman,, seconded by Mr. Halley,, it was unanimousl,p RESOLYED: That the Company contribute the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000)to the United Service Oirganizations for National Defense..
