Dear Dan and Tom:
Enclosed are some copies of Washington Post articles concerning the
National Academy of Science's report, Regulating Pesticides in Food. As we
discussed, there have been several issues raised in the report concerning the
current regulations of pesticides in~food and several issues about the
conclusions reached in the report. The controversy is not likely to be
resolved any time soon, primarily based on several "worst case" assumptions
made in the report.
I am looking forward to reviewing and discussing the inhalation program on
July 16th. I am sending a copy of this letter to Harry, along with quotations
for new billing rates for my consulting services under our present contract.
Looking forward to seeing you.
Sincerely,
Carol J. Henry, Ph.D., D.A.B.T.
Vice President
