.'~ TERMS OF AWARD
In accordance with our discussion with Dr. Pelayo Correa the funds in this award
are provisional pending receipt and approval of revised budgets which should be
submitted by September 15, 1985. Support recommended for the remainder of the
project period is also provisional and may be adjusted following negotiation of
the 01 year.
Third party costs are apportioned as follows:

University of Southern California i50,572
Northern California Cancer Program $46,442
No third party costs may be expended until the final budgets of the participating
institutions have been reviewed and approved by the NCI.
