of the meetirg and' (3) a copy of docuren'ts not cited in the
Surg,eon Gcneral 's 1972 report which were available to oir resi,1 ted~

reply would be fortlicoming when a decision is made on-the
availability of the requestedi d'oc°airr:nts.

1. The draft report sent in advance of' the meeting %-ras prepared
by government employees in a decision-makingprocess and is there-

was to be confidential, a transcript of that -meeting, is also
