Walter P. Allen has submitted his resignation as Executive
Director of the Hospital effective Friday, January 11, 1980.
During the next few months, Mr. Allen will serve as a consul-
tant to the Board Executive Committee.
The Trustees will appoint a search committee to find a
candidate to fill the vacancy. In the meantime, John Kowal
will serve as the Acting Executive Director until a succes-
sor is appointed by the Trustees. ~
