HARVARD MEDICAL SCHOOL 25 SHATTUCK STREET BOSTON. MASSACHUSETTS 02115 June 16, 1980 Lee E. Stanford, Esq Shook, Hardy & Bacon 1101 Walnut Street Kansas City, Missouri 4106 Dear Mr. Stanford: k As the end of the phase d9wn period approaches, we must arrange for*the disposition of the "industry-owned" equipment purchased as part of Dr. Huber's program. Val Pochay should soon complete an inventory of this equipment which I will forward to you. . ~ _ . ~ I assume that most of the equipment will accompany Dr. Huber to Kentucky. I would appreciate it if you would confirm this and notify us how the remaining equipment should be handled. I Since Dr. Huber must vacate his quarters at Mt. Auburn Hospital by June 30, it will be necessary to place equipment in storage unless plans and, arrangements can be made before then for its final disposition. As I understand it, Dr. Huber has arranged with Casey and Hayes for temporary storage and plans to pre-pay storage fees from the phase-down budget. The cost of moving equipment from Boston to whatever final destinations are chosen was not included in the phase-down budget and thus we must know to whom these bills should be sedt. cc: Dr. Huber Mr. Moriarty Mr. Adams
