You will recall, that as a result of our meetings last sumner and pursuant to the research program Lxtension Agreement, we determined to establish inventory record cards on each piece of equipment purchased by the sponsors. Your office, with the cooperation offered by the hospital, agreed to provide basic information, e.g., cost, purchase date, location, current utilization, present operating condition, etc. Would you please advise what progress is being made in this regard and when the necessary information will be available so that Mr. Maygers, of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Corspany or I can come back to set up the records.
