SUBJECT: Cancer "Counter Congress," Paris, Oct. 5-6, 1978
Here is a bit more information about this meeting
which was mentioned in my August 23 memo about the In-
ternational Cancer Congress to be held in Buenos Aires
oct 5-11.
The Oct. 5-6 date seems firm. The place is:

The organizer is Dr. Jean-Cla~ude Salamon, a French
cancer researcher..
A few hundred scientists, including a number from
the U.S. and Israel, are expected to attend. The pro-
gram will deal more with "abstruse science" than with
research findings, campaigns, etc. The meeting is ex-
pected to be highly politicized.
If I obtain more information of substantive nature,
