Ci-500 ~<~i G TELE:.A-S-BO .OnJOn. TELEX: 22i22 16th February 1971 IKent Castle Promotion. Thank you for your letter of the 8th February and subseouently I did speak to Bob Sandelman on some of the points. However I will deal with your letter in the order in which you have written it :- Lvr.:nne Castle. - MarcTarv. Both Mr. Margary and myself have been ill and we have now arranged to meet during the week commencins the ls;. March to settle his agreemer.t and sign the same. I note that you have decided to proceed with the purchase of the maps and guide books as originally arranged and and fortunately I had not broached the possible concellation to Mr. Margary. With regard to the entertainers, Mr. Margary himself is liable to produce these and has made all the necessary negotiations in this connection. I will however discuss the possibility of a`'ritten agree- ment and try and find out what he himself has in this way. The cancellation of the original date of February 20th for the rehearsal has apparently caused some little consternation amongst the entertainers. I am told that their commitments for tifarch are such that ;t will affect their rehearsals arrangements and they fear that the}- may not be able to nut on such a polished show for the rehearsal as they would have iiked_ It has also apnarently affected some-of the members of'the group who have other engagements and caused a certain amount of sub- st'_tutior_. I:ave snoken to the principal and made c.::- atolozies for .he cancellatio^n and they will do t: eir Lest in -:e circu stances. sUPREA7E COURT OF THE STATE OF NEW YpftK n WUNTY OF NEtiV YQF}( ' ,~.... .Exhibit......... :dent.
