Pj.st, we might be better prepared to discuss the condition of TAN generally and in relation to the ORC recommendations if, well before March 9, we are furnished with a short, lucid staff report on their related progress and prospects. Similarly, receipt of an agenda for March 1~comfortably before that date would allow such time for study and suggestions as any member may deem appropriate. Last, in order that we all may have a sure and uniform under- standing of what was and was not decided by the Committee, it would be helpful to have minutes supplied by the staff, which minutes describe in summary fashion their impression of con- clusions reached and direction given by the Committee.
