At the March 4, 1983 State Activities Policy Committee meeting, it .-
was requested that each member company be asked to provide a list of
their retirees for solicitation to join TAN.
Each company will have unique processing requirements and individual
variations for this projeLt. Therefore, it is recommended that you
tailor the enclosed draft of a retiree letter for your own use and
prepare for a mailing to your retired personnel fromiyour
headquarters.
At the appropriate time, we will ship to you a quantity of TAN
enrollment cards, reply envelopes and brochures to be included in
your mailing.
We are ready to assist you in any way as you proceed with the solic-
itationlof your retirees to join TAN. Do not hesitate to call if
you have any questions or observations about this mailing.
