As promised, enclosed is a summary narrative of the deliberations of the
Work Group on "Future Strategies for the Changing Cigarette".
We would appreciate your thoughtful review of the document at the earliest
possible time and any copy suggestions/changes/modifications you feel are
needed to more accurately-adequately represent Work Group conclusions and
recommendations. Our report will appear in the Conference Proceedings,
along with the names of Work Group participants, and it will be circulated
widely as a separate item as well.
