t
. Dear
I urgently request your personal attention to and
consideration of the serious problems which would be
caused by the implementation of regulatio ns recently
passed by the Igestchester County Board of Health con-
cerning the restriction of smoking in certain public
places.
I believe that the proposed restrictions impose
upon the freedom of choice of the people of Westchester
County and are a dictatorial restriction which will
significantly adversely affect not only that freedom but
also the economy of the county. Further, I believe that
such serious matters are exclusively within the province
of v:the Board of Legis lators and OL-y_onda that : of . an -i3a'
administrative agency of the county.
I request your leadership in the invalidation of these
regulations.
O
GJ
Very truly yours, ~
Ut
