I am submitting a copy of the Minutes of Budget Comnittee
meetings held on December 10, 1952. I am also transmitting copies
of the Operating Budget and Capital Budget as approved by the Budget
Committee in preparation for review and final approval by the Board
of Directors at their meeting on December 17, 1952.
These copies of these Budgets have been prepared for
Messrs. Dawley, Henderson and Searle. The other members of the
Board have already received their copies. I
