Subject: Chairman of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors bereby assigns the following
duties to the Chairman of the Board:
1. He shall be the Chairman of the Budget Coffiittee;
2. He shall collaborate with the President in the
relationship of the Company with the public;
3. He shall be available for consultation with the
President on the sales and advertising policies
of the Company;
~. He shall collaborate with the President, Vice
President, Director of Sa1es, and the General
Manager (Cigar Division) in the Company's rela-
tionships with the trade and customers, and in
addition he shall, as it fits his schedule,
make periodic good will trips into the various
sales territories for the purpose of calling on
the Company's customers;
5. He shall collaborate with the Pre sident in pre -
paring the Annual Report to the Stockholders
and other comrnunications to and from the stock-
holders.
