We have already sent to you in our letter of 4-11-83' corrections
for Protocol 1601.006, Experiment No. 1-1729.006. In further
reviewingithis protocol, the.following,differences were!noted
from the previously issued protocol for Experiment No:. I-1725.006.
1. Onipage 12, under 9.7, a description of the testing of'the
control serum was omitted. Has this procedure been changed?'
2. Cn page 12, under 9.8, paragraph,2, basoph,ils were not
included in the list of leukocyte counts.
3. G?nipaige 13, under 9. 8,, paragraph 2., the type of blood cell
counter used was not specified. Previously a Fisher II
autocytometer blood cell counter was used.
