Thanks to Stan Glantz for passing this document to Doc-Alert.
This Philip Morris document is pertinent to a current election race in the U.S. It evaluates the results of elections held in the U.S. in1993 as to whether they were in PM's favor or not.
Page four of the document (Bates No. 2062341453) is relevant to the current race for Senator in the state of Minnesota, where the mayor of the city of St. Paul, Norm Coleman, is running against Walter Mondale (who was chosen on short notice to replace the late democratic incumbent Sen. Paul Wellstone who died in a plane crash just prior to the election). PM states,
"In St. Paul (Minnesota), Assistant State Attorney General Norm Coleman defeated State Rep. Andy Dawkins for Mayor. Coleman is a friend."
