The: expo3urel of the Material referred to above, sbali be effected in a ma,j!or scene inn tho Film Lnvol'ving "Ursa" (Sarah Do,ug1!as), "General Zod" (Terence Stamp) and'"Superman" (Christopher Ptemve) and'. will be filmed in accordance with the shooting, script in scenes preyently numbered 333 through 341, a copy of which is attached. The si.ze of the taillboard referred to; in the relevant scenoa will bo approximately 20 feet by 10 feet~ and will be i11'uminatocd. We shall have absolute d'i5cretion 'as to the final co,ntent of the Film and all artistic duid technical decision& over all aspects of production andi poyt production of.f the Film.
