Presently, Travis has a second Renewal Application (No. 862AR2) under consideration for the third year (July 1, 1977-June 30, 1978) of his program. Application No. 1135 (collaborative project betWeen Travis and Powers) will supercede Renewal application 862AB2 if both are approved by the SAB. RERUEST Ap;~lication No. 1135 requests a total of $85,311 for the first year of a three year project. Estimates for the second and third years are $76,065 and $85,678, respectively. As noted on Budget pages 4(a) and 1} (b) of application, the first yeao.• request for Powers is $43,791 and for Travis, $41,520 (the same sum requested by Travis in application 862AR2).
